Manpower: We are family farm, which means that we do not have additional manpower every day. We as us, Jaanus and Beata, must handle every day work together on our own. Luckily we have lot of friends and also 6 children – if there is too much to do.
We believe to: our animals and their match to our grassland. Also we believe to happy rural life through joint village community.
Which beef we prefer: steak from sirloin of young limousin heifer rased on grassfeed. And minced meat is always on our menue.
Our mentors and good friends: Metsa-Paavola farm in Finland, Oderup farm in Sweden and Aagaard`s farm in Denmark. Also Ivo Wegmann from Switzerland and Christian Erik Boge from Denmark. And of course Estonian farmers: Rein and Meelis Ert from Pilpa farm, Aldo and Andres Vaan from Topi farm and Targo Pikkmets – breeder of nice charolais cattle.
